Delete Your HYST Account and Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your HYST account and the data associated with it. This applies to the HYST mobile application published by AKA Gaminc LLP on Google Play and the App Store.
How to delete your account
To request deletion of your HYST account, send an email to akagamicinfo@gmail.com with:
Subject line — Account Deletion Request — HYST
Body — Include the email address you used to sign up (for email or OAuth accounts), OR your device's anonymous user ID if you played as a Guest. If you don't know your user ID, contact us and we'll help locate your data.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
How to delete specific data without deleting your account
If you want to delete only certain data (for example, gameplay history or analytics events) without losing your account, send an email to the same address with:
Subject line — Partial Data Deletion Request — HYST
Body — Describe which data you want deleted (e.g., "Delete all my gameplay scores" or "Stop collecting my analytics data").
What data will be deleted
When you delete your HYST account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
Account profile — Email address and sign-in credentials.
Gameplay history — Scores, achievements, and game progress.
Game preferences — Settings and personalised configurations.
Push notification tokens — Tokens used to send you in-app notifications.
Device identifiers — Identifiers associated with your account.
In-app event data — Events tied to your user identifier.
What data will be retained
Some data is retained after account deletion for the reasons below.
Anonymous, aggregated analytics — Required to operate and improve HYST; cannot be linked back to you.
Transaction records — Required by tax and accounting law in India (if you made in-app purchases).
Crash logs & security incident records — Required for security, fraud prevention, and incident response.
Backups — May exist in encrypted backups before being purged.
Data deletion by third-party processors
When you delete your HYST account, we also instruct the following third-party services to delete data associated with your user identifier:
Firebase Analytics — Google LLC
AppsFlyer — AppsFlyer Ltd.
Unity Ads — Unity Technologies
Google AdMob — Google LLC

Your rights under applicable law
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Under GDPR (if you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland) and CCPA / CPRA (if you're in California), you have similar rights.
